A web platform where people give someone the authority to act for them, such as collecting a parcel, registering a car or dealing with the bank, and both sides sign it online. Admins publish the templates without writing code.

04 //The problem

Paper powers of attorney get lost, can't be checked, and are hard to withdraw. Collecting a parcel or handling a car registration for someone means printing, signing and scanning a form, and nobody can see whether it is still valid.

• Give a power of attorney from a ready-made template, or request one from someone else
• Fill in the details, pick the agent from a user search, and sign by hand (MitID signing supported)
• Every e-fuldmagt has an expiry with a live countdown, and can be revoked or issued again in one click
• Agents acknowledge and sign what they receive; each step sends a notification
• Personal and company profiles, with English and Danish interfaces
• Admin console with usage stats, user and company management, and a no-code template builder with variables and price tiers
