03 //Overview
A small web app for adults. Anyone can read three short lessons without signing up, and people with an account keep one private journal: a "What's on your mind?" box that saves as they type, with titles and dates, export to plain text and self-service account deletion.
04 //The problem
Most wellbeing apps push streaks, reminders and progress bars, and many quietly track what people write. Someone who just wants a quiet place to read a little and write privately ends up with another app that nags them and doesn't feel private.
05 //The solution
- Three short lessons anyone can read, each with a teaching, one small optional action, its sources and reflection prompts
- A private journal that saves as you type and only says Saved once the server has confirmed it
- Every save carries a revision number, so an entry changed in another tab is flagged instead of overwritten
- The list shows titles and dates only; everything exports as one .txt file, and the account deletes with every entry
- Row-level security in Postgres, so each entry can only ever be read by the person who wrote it
- No timers, streaks, reminders or tracking; larger text, reduced motion and an evening theme
